Who We Are

Northern New England Wound Care is a leading mobile advanced wound care company providing specialized, physician-led wound treatment wherever it is needed across New England.

We serve patients in their homes, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, assisted living and senior communities, rehabilitation and post-acute settings, and other residential or congregate care environments.

Our mission is to accelerate healing, reduce complications, and improve quality of life by bringing hospital-grade wound care to the settings where patients feel safest and most comfortable.

Why Mobile Care?

For patients with chronic or complex wounds—such as diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, venous leg ulcers, and post‑surgical wounds—traveling to a clinic can present unique challenges to healing. Our mobile wound care model removes transportation barriers, lowers the chance of missed appointments, and supports continuity of care for homebound individuals, seniors, and those with limited mobility.

Collaboration in New England

Healing Together

Caring

We work as a collaborative partner with healthcare organizations and care teams to extend their reach and support patients who may be noncompliant with clinic-based follow up or who lack reliable transportation.

When patients cannot or will not come to traditional care settings, we step in to provide consistent, advanced wound care where they live, helping to close gaps in treatment and keep healing on track.

Patient‑Centered Approach

We believe healing happens best when care is personalized, compassionate, and coordinated. Our clinicians take time to listen to patients and families, explain treatment plans in clear language, and coordinate closely with primary care physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and care providers. This collaborative approach helps reduce hospitalizations, avoid readmissions, and support long‑term healing.

We deliver a full range of advanced wound therapies in the home, including debridement, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), biological and cellular based products, compression therapy, diabetic foot care, and palliative wound management. By combining these therapies with thorough assessment of underlying conditions—such as diabetes, vascular disease, and malnutrition—we address both the wound and its root causes.
